The Nicastro Law Firm was established in Turin in 1993 and has since evolved, gaining professionalism and specialized expertise. There are several lawyers on the team here, each specializing in a distinct area of criminal and civil law.

In the area of criminal law, the Firm’s lawyers have particular expertise in so-called “white collar crimes” (crimes against the Public Administration, administrative offenses of entities pursuant to Legislative Decree 231, tax offences, bankruptcy, corporate and business crimes), medical malpractice, and the defence of members of the law enforcement.

In the area of civil law, the firm is highly qualified in matters of liability, specializing in the defence of health care providers and medical facilities.

Experience in international affairs

The firm’s founder has accumulated over twenty years of experience as a Legal Advisor to the European Commission and other similar Institutions. This has characterized the international scope of the Firm, which also has provided legal advice to the Embassy of Spain and its Honorary Consulate in Turin for about ten years.

In this area, through the years, the Firm has acquired a vast amount of experience in extradition proceedings and international judicial cooperation, transnational criminal offenses, international successions, and procedures in order to obtain recognition in Italy of foreign degrees and qualifications to practice “protected professions.”
